  • 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice Fresh-squeezed is best, but bottled works too.
  • 1/4 cup Orange Liqueur Cointreau or Triple Sec work well, or use additional orange juice.
  • 16 ounces Mascarpone Cheese Ensure it's at room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream Chill before whipping for optimal results.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Sift it beforehand to avoid clumps.
  • 13 ounces Strawberry Preserve Use an entire jar for a luscious finish.
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Hulled and sliced; the stars of your dessert.
Optional Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves A fresh touch for garnish.
  • 1 cup Additional Strawberries Sliced for decoration.

Method
 

Strawberry Tiramisu Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the mascarpone cheese with sifted powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until fluffy peaks form, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. In a shallow dish, mix the fresh orange juice with half of the orange liqueur.
  5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mixture for 1-2 seconds, ensuring they remain firm.
  6. Let the ladyfingers rest on a wire rack to avoid pooling.
  7. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  8. Spread half of your cream mixture over the ladyfingers, dollop half of the strawberry preserves and sliced strawberries on top.
  9. Repeat the layers and finish with a generous layer of cream.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  11. Serve chilled, optionally dusted with powdered sugar or garnished with additional strawberries.
