Strawberry Tiramisu Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the mascarpone cheese with sifted powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until fluffy peaks form, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- In a shallow dish, mix the fresh orange juice with half of the orange liqueur.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mixture for 1-2 seconds, ensuring they remain firm.
- Let the ladyfingers rest on a wire rack to avoid pooling.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Spread half of your cream mixture over the ladyfingers, dollop half of the strawberry preserves and sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat the layers and finish with a generous layer of cream.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, optionally dusted with powdered sugar or garnished with additional strawberries.
