Step-by-Step Instructions for Grain Free Meatloaf
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sauté 1 diced onion until translucent, then add 5 minced garlic cloves and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 lb ground beef, 2 eggs, the sautéed onion and garlic, and all seasonings. Mix gently to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Mix 4-6 oz of tomato paste or unsweetened ketchup with 1 tbsp of raw honey and spread it over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Once rested, slice and serve warm with side dishes of choice.
