  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, canola oil, light brown sugar, regular sugar, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Carefully fold in the shredded zucchini and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
