Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Create Ganache: Heat cream and honey, pour over chocolate, stir until smooth, then add raspberry powder and refrigerate.
  4. Shape Truffles: Scoop ganache, roll into balls. Chill if too soft.
  5. Coat Truffles: Melt chocolate for coating, dip truffles, and place on tray. Sprinkle with raspberry powder if desired.
