Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and fresh lemon zest.

- Divide the dough into small pieces, roll each into thin ropes, and tie them into knots or form into circles.
- Place each shaped cookie on the prepared cookie sheet, ensuring space between them.
- Bake your cookies for 15-18 minutes until they are light golden in color.
- Once cooled, mix the sifted powdered sugar, fresh lemon juice, and splash of milk to prepare the glaze.
- Drizzle the lemon glaze generously over each cooled cookie.
