Prepare the Salsa
- Finely dice the mango, pineapple, red and green bell peppers, onion, and parsley or cilantro. Combine in a bowl with lime juice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat Grill

Form Burger Patties
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and jerk marinade. Form into four patties larger than buns, making a shallow indent in the center.
Grill Burgers
- Place patties on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, brushing with BBQ jerk sauce in the last few minutes.
Assemble
- Remove burgers from grill and let rest. Toast brioche buns until golden, then assemble with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mango salsa.
