Method
 

Prepare the Salsa
  1. Finely dice the mango, pineapple, red and green bell peppers, onion, and parsley or cilantro. Combine in a bowl with lime juice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at around 375°F.
Form Burger Patties
  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and jerk marinade. Form into four patties larger than buns, making a shallow indent in the center.
Grill Burgers
  1. Place patties on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, brushing with BBQ jerk sauce in the last few minutes.
Assemble
  1. Remove burgers from grill and let rest. Toast brioche buns until golden, then assemble with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mango salsa.
