Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Blackstone Hibachi Steak
  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill on high for 10–15 minutes, aiming for a temperature of about 400°F.
  2. Drizzle a mixture of vegetable oil and sesame oil onto the grill surface, about a tablespoon each.
  3. Cut the sirloin steak into even one-inch cubes and season generously with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  4. Place the steak cubes on the grill and sauté for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the steak cubes and grill for another 4-5 minutes to reach your desired doneness.
  6. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and a pat of butter on top; cook for another minute.
  7. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
