Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chuck, ranch dressing mix, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly but avoid overworking the meat.
  2. Shape the mixture into evenly sized patties about ½ inch thick.
  3. Preheat the grill or pan over medium-high heat, aiming for around 375°F. Arrange the patties on the grill surface.
  4. Cook the burgers for approximately 5-6 minutes on one side without flipping until golden brown, then flip and cook another 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with an extra slice of cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
  6. Remove the patties, let rest for a minute, and serve on toasted buns with toppings.
