- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place chicken pieces into a zip-top bag or a large bowl. Pour the marinade over and coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to a medium temperature of 375–400°F (190–200°C).
- Carefully place marinated chicken pieces onto the grates. Grill for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally.
