Preparation Steps

  3. Shape the mixture into oval patties, about 2 inches long.
  4. For the tahini sauce, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, water, crushed garlic, and salt until smooth.
  5. Cook the shaped kofta on the preheated grill or skillet for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
