Step-by-Step Instructions for Saucy Korean BBQ Beef Skewers
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, Sriracha, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and halve the mushrooms. Add to the marinade and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. In a saucepan, mix hoisin sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, mirin, and Sriracha. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then set aside.
  4. Thread beef, mushrooms, and scallions onto skewers, alternating for a mix of flavors.
