Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate the Beef: In a medium-sized bowl, combine your beef top sirloin steak pieces with half of the teriyaki sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning; metal skewers can skip this step.
  3. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread marinated steak and pineapple chunks onto the soaked skewers, alternating them.
  4. Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium heat and preheat it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Grill the Kabobs: Cook the kabobs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the steak reaches your preferred doneness.
  6. Finish and Serve: Drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce over kabobs and garnish with sesame seeds and diced green onions.
