Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic until smooth.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the miso glaze generously over the top of each fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
