- Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin, fennel, dried red chili, and black pepper in a pan for about 5 minutes.
- Heat oil and ghee in a kadai, add cumin seeds, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until garlic is golden.
- Add finely chopped onions and cook for 6-8 minutes until translucent and golden brown.
