Step-by-Step Instructions for Kadai Paneer Recipe
  1. Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin, fennel, dried red chili, and black pepper in a pan for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and ghee in a kadai, add cumin seeds, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until garlic is golden.
  3. Add finely chopped onions and cook for 6-8 minutes until translucent and golden brown.
  4. Stir in turmeric, chili powder, and Kadai Masala, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Incorporate chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft and oil separates.
  6. Lower the heat, mix in cream, salt, kasuri methi, and fresh coriander; simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  7. In a separate pan, stir-fry onion, capsicum, another tomato, and paneer cubes for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Fold the stir-fried mixture into the gravy, simmer for another 2-3 minutes, garnish and serve.
