- In the same food processor, combine the cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup, lime zest, key lime juice, and optional vanilla bean paste. Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully spoon or pour the filling into each jar on top of the granola crust, ensuring even distribution. Cover with lids and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk, whip the heavy cream on high speed for 3-4 minutes until soft peaks form. Add a splash of vanilla bean paste and sweeten with maple syrup if desired.
