  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Adjust according to taste.

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Room temperature.
  • 8 oz Whipped topping Or dairy-free alternative.
For the Strawberry Topping
  • 1 box Strawberry gelatin Or substitute with agar-agar.
  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries Sliced.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush pretzels in a resealable bag until fine crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar, mixing until coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and press it firmly into an even layer. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. Beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to package instructions and let it cool.
  7. Fold in the sliced strawberries into the cooled gelatin and pour it over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is set.
