Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, heat over medium-high heat, adding ground pork. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Lower the heat slightly and add the diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Stir well and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
  4. Introduce the shredded carrots and green cabbage. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until tender.
  5. Create a whirlpool in the soup and slowly drizzle in beaten eggs while stirring, cooking them quickly.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with reserved chopped green onions before serving.
