- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together ¾ cup of butter, ½ cup of brown sugar, and ½ cup of granulated sugar until creamy.
