Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your square container, ideally a silicone tray or lined metal tin for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Stir for 2-3 minutes until cohesive.
  3. Press just under half of the oat mixture into the bottom of your container.
  4. Spread a generous layer of fruit jam over the pressed oat mixture evenly.
  5. Cover the jam with the remaining oat mixture and press it down firmly.
  6. Chill the container in the refrigerator for at least one hour to set.
  7. Slice into 16 pieces and enjoy. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.
