- Stir the mixture vigorously for about one minute until peanut butter is evenly distributed and chia seeds begin to soak in some liquid.
- Cover the bowl tightly and place it in the refrigerator to chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to enjoy, stir for about 30 seconds and add a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Swirl in raspberry jam on top and add fresh raspberries and an extra dollop of peanut butter.
