  5. Lightly grease the griddle and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges set.
  6. Flip each pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately topped with butter and maple syrup.
