- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, torn bread or breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and the egg. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup and brown sugar until fully combined. Spread this mixture over the top of the shaped loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer for doneness (internal temperature of 160°F or 70°C).
- Remove the Perfect Meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
