- Prepare the Baking Dish by greasing a 9x13 inch baking dish generously with butter.
- Layer the Bread by evenly arranging half of the brioche or French bread cubes across the bottom.
- Add Blueberries and Lemon Curd by scattering half of the blueberries over the bread layer and dolloping lemon curd.
- Complete the Layering by topping with the remaining bread cubes and scattering the remaining blueberries.
- Whisk the Custard Mixture by whisking together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
