Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Spray the muffin pan generously with cooking spray.
  3. Place two wonton wrappers into each muffin cup, pressing down gently to form a cup shape.
  4. Spoon pizza sauce into each lined cup, filling halfway.
  5. Add toppings: layer with green pepper, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over each filled cup.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan and serve warm.
