  • 2 cups Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Any standard brand
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter Melted
For the Cream Layer
  • 1 package Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For the Fruit Layers
  • 2 cups Strawberries Chopped
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Blueberries
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • Star Sprinkles Optional for decoration

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies until fine crumbs. Mix with melted unsalted butter and press into a 9x13 inch dish. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the chilled crust.
  3. In a saucepan, combine strawberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened, then cool and spread over the cream layer.
  4. In another saucepan, repeat the process with blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Cool and pour over the strawberry layer.
  5. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until firm peaks form. Spread or pipe over the dessert, and add star sprinkles if desired. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Slice with a hot knife and serve chilled.
