Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel the large English cucumbers and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and dice the cucumbers into small cubes.
  2. Place diced cucumbers in a mesh strainer set over a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Gently press the drained cucumbers to extract additional water, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add minced garlic, labne kefir cheese, and chopped dill to the bowl. Mix well until all cucumbers are coated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
