  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Peeled and chopped.
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced.
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries Omit if overly ripe.
  • 1 medium Kiwi Peeled and sliced.
For the Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup for vegan option.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cool running water. Dry with a clean towel. Chop the pineapple, slice strawberries, peel and slice kiwi, and cut grapes in half. Combine all fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime zest and lime juice. Gradually add honey while whisking until smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruits. Gently fold to coat the fruits without mashing.
  4. Serve immediately using a large serving spoon to transfer to plates or a bowl.
