Ingredients
  

For the Tea
  • ½ cup Hot Water Ensure it's boiling
  • 1 bag White Tea Bag Use two for stronger taste
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional sweetener
For the Lemonade
  • 1 cup Guava Juice Opt for 100% juice
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is best
For Serving
  • to taste Ice Cubes Add more for serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil ½ cup of water in a kettle until boiling. Add one white tea bag and honey if using; stir and steep for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, remove tea bag and add ½ cup of ice into the brewed tea. Allow it to cool for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea with 1 cup of guava juice and 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the guava white tea lemonade over the ice. Garnish with lemon or mint if desired.
