- Boil ½ cup of water in a kettle until boiling. Add one white tea bag and honey if using; stir and steep for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove tea bag and add ½ cup of ice into the brewed tea. Allow it to cool for an additional 10 minutes.
- In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea with 1 cup of guava juice and 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the guava white tea lemonade over the ice. Garnish with lemon or mint if desired.
