  2. Remove the Tomahawk steak from the refrigerator an hour before grilling to reach room temperature.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 200°C (400°F).
  4. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until a crust forms; rotate for grill marks.
  5. Shift the steak to indirect heat, close the lid, and cook for 15-20 minutes until desired internal temperature.
  6. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes covered loosely with aluminum foil.
  7. Slice against the grain and serve with the chilled herb butter on top.
