- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette or sub roll in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil on the inside surfaces of the bread.
- Layer the salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of the bread.
- Cover the meats with provolone cheese.
- Add the shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
- Place the top half of the bread on and wrap the sandwich tightly in aluminum foil.
