Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Generously season both sides of the flank steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned steak into a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over it, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high or heat a skillet over high heat.
  5. Remove the steak from marinade and pat it dry. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  6. Let the steak rest for at least 10 minutes covered loosely with aluminum foil.
  7. Slice the steak against the grain at a 45-degree angle and garnish with parsley.
