Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oil, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. Add chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. In the same skillet, add marinated chicken and cook for 5-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat, stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, and return sautéed vegetables to skillet. Top with provolone cheese and let melt.
  5. Carefully divide the mixture among hoagie rolls, and serve immediately.
