  • 1 stick Butter, softened
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic is best
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (thyme and parsley) Feel free to use other herbs
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is ideal
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust to spice preference
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional
For Serving
  • 1 additional serving Cowboy Butter Melt for dipping

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Add a drizzle of olive oil and ensure it shimmers without smoking.
  2. Arrange the steak pieces in a single layer in the skillet. Don't move them for 1 ½ to 2 minutes to develop a crust.
  3. Cook the flipped steak bites for another 1 to 2 minutes until nicely browned and juices are bubbling. Remove before desired doneness.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add half of the cowboy butter, tossing the steak bites for about a minute until coated.
  5. Melt the remaining cowboy butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 to 30 seconds and serve on the side for dipping.
