  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft, then add green bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in minced garlic, dried basil, and oregano before removing from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed vegetables, parsley, panko, 1 cup of marinara sauce, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and beaten eggs. Season with salt and black pepper before mixing well.
