Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound mixed seafood shrimp, scallops, and crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, just until the seafood is opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked seafood mixture until well combined.
  5. Transfer the seafood mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
