  • 1 tablespoon Table Blend Seasoning or your favorite seasoning blend
For the Kabobs
  • 1 pound Flat Iron Steak cubed
  • 1 pound Pre-Cooked Beef Sausage sliced
  • 2 ears Fresh Corn cut into thirds
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 medium Purple Onion sliced
  • 3 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes halved and slightly pre-cooked

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and your table blend seasoning. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. Add the cubed flat iron steak and sliced pre-cooked sausage to the marinade, covering with plastic wrap. Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

  3. Wash and cut the fresh corn, chop the red bell pepper, and slice the purple onion. Microwave the Yukon Gold potatoes until slightly soft.

  4. Assemble the kabobs by threading marinated steak, sausage, corn, bell pepper, onion, and potato onto skewers, repeating until filled.
