- Begin by patting the beef ribs dry with paper towels, then generously season them with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned ribs for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Place the seared or raw beef ribs in the slow cooker, pour the honey garlic sauce generously over them, and secure the lid.
- Set the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and pour the remaining sauce into a saucepan over medium heat. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce.
