Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Smoked Baked Beans
  1. Prep your smoker by preheating it to 250°F, adding wood pellets and a water pan.
  2. Combine the baked beans, rough-chopped bacon, diced onion, and diced green bell pepper in a large skillet. Pour in the honey BBQ sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and dry rub seasoning. Stir until well coated.
  3. Place your skillet in the preheated smoker and cook for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every hour until the beans are tender and smoky.
  4. Remove from the smoker when done. Serve hot or at room temperature, and enjoy!
