Preparation
- Preheat your pellet grill to 180°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cleaned whole mushrooms and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle onion powder, fine sea salt, and black pepper over the oiled mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
- Carefully place the seasoned mushrooms directly onto the smoker grates or in a grilling pan.
- Smoke the mushrooms for 30 minutes, checking occasionally.
- Increase the smoker temperature to 475°F and allow time to stabilize.
- Once stabilized, remove mushrooms and serve warm.
