Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 250℉ for smoking.
  2. Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice in half lengthwise and cut into ¼-inch thick slices.
  3. Brush zucchini slices with avocado oil and sprinkle with Greek seasoning.
  4. Arrange zucchini on grill grates in a single layer and smoke for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip each zucchini slice, brush with more avocado oil, and add additional Greek seasoning. Smoke for another 15 minutes.
  6. Remove when fork-tender with a slight char on the edges.
