  • 1 tablespoon Gochugaru
For the Vegetables
  • 4 oz Napa Cabbage Cut into pieces
  • 4 oz Bok Choy
  • 2 stalks Scallions Cut into strips
For Seasoning
  • 1-2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Adjust to your sodium preference

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in cooking oil for about 2 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add seafood and spices, stir well for 2-3 minutes until seafood colors and absorbs flavors.
  4. Pour in the broth and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
  5. Add napa cabbage and bok choy, simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Season with soy sauce and salt, then add the drained noodles and heat through for 30 seconds.
  7. Garnish with scallions, stir and serve hot.
