Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 2 lb Raw Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 2 tsp Chili Flakes adjust for heat preference
For the Sauce
  • 6 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil olive oil is a lighter substitute
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or use fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 9 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Paprika or smoked paprika for a different flavor
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup White Wine substitute with chicken broth mixed with lemon juice for non-alcoholic
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped

Steps
  1. Season the shrimp by combining with sea salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and chili flakes in a large mixing bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil, allowing it to melt for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant and slightly golden.
  4. Cook the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and fully opaque.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and white wine, stirring gently and allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro, serve immediately while hot.
