Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions, then fluff and keep warm.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add shrimp to the marinade and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Divide rice between bowls, top with cooked shrimp and sliced avocado.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds, and serve with lime wedges.
