  • 2 cups bell peppers Chopped into pieces
  • 1 cup mushrooms Whole or halved

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley Or basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut your steak into 1-inch cubes and combine with the bell peppers and mushrooms in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss together until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  4. Assemble the kabobs by threading steak, peppers, and mushrooms onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Meanwhile, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice for the garlic butter.
  7. Once done, remove kabobs from the grill and brush generously with garlic butter before serving.
