- Cut your steak into 1-inch cubes and combine with the bell peppers and mushrooms in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss together until evenly coated.

- Assemble the kabobs by threading steak, peppers, and mushrooms onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
