Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Taco Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef, add water, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Stir in black beans, corn, and salsa. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Layer the beef mixture, tortillas, sour cream, and cheese in the baking dish. Repeat layers and finish with cheese.
