Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, water, sesame oil, raw honey, red pepper flakes, and sea salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly (about ¼ inch thick) and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Finely slice the green onions and add to the bowl with the cucumbers. Then, sprinkle in sesame seeds and raw peanuts, and toss gently.
  4. Pour the chilled dressing over the cucumber mixture just before serving and gently fold to combine.
