  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3.5 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour (Cornstarch)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
For the Chocolate
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 129 g Kinder Bueno Chopped into small pieces (about 3 bars)
  • 140 g Kinder Chocolate Chopped into pieces
  • 43 g Additional Toppings Optional but highly recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold butter chunks, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until combined but still clumpy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in the large eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until incorporated while retaining some visible chunks of butter.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornflour, and baking powder. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until a stiff dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno, Kinder chocolate, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Divide the dough into 10-12 large clumps and place them on the trays, leaving space for spreading.
  7. Chill the dough balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly soft and golden around the edges. Optionally, top with additional chocolate pieces before finishing baking.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the trays for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
