- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix gently.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan, then shape the mixture into a loaf in the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and yellow mustard for the glaze. Spread it over the top of the loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
