Instructions for Farmer’s Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of the baking dish and press down gently.
- Layer the cooked ham over the hash browns, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and top with the sliced green onions.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients and press down gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
