- Begin by peeling the bananas, then slice them into thin rounds, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until evenly blended.
- Drizzle melted coconut oil over the sliced bananas and toss gently until each piece is well coated. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss lightly again.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 300°F (150°C).
- Arrange the coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
