Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling the bananas, then slice them into thin rounds, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until evenly blended.
  3. Drizzle melted coconut oil over the sliced bananas and toss gently until each piece is well coated. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss lightly again.
  4. Set your air fryer to preheat at 300°F (150°C).
  5. Arrange the coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. After air frying, transfer the crispy banana chips to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
